Our admissions process
Gateway Capstone School welcomes applications from Indian nationals, NRIs and international students. Our streamlined, fully online process lets you secure a seat even before you arrive in Chennai.
Online Application
Submit your details through our secure admissions portal. You’ll need basic information about the student and family, preferred grade level, and contact details.
Document upload
- Provide scanned copies of: Birth certificate or passport
- Previous school reports (last two years)
- Passport-sized photograph
- Proof of address (utility bill or rental agreement)
Assessment & portfolio
Students entering Grades 6–12 will complete a brief online assessment (math, English comprehension) and share a creative portfolio or personal project that highlights their interests.
Interview
A one-on-one virtual meeting with our admission team (and subject mentor for senior grades) to discuss the student’s strengths, curiosities, and goals.
Offer of admission
Successful candidates receive an Offer Letter via email. Review the terms, confirm acceptance, and pay the enrollment fee to reserve your child’s place.
Onboarding & Orientation
Once your spot is secured, you’ll receive our Welcome Kit with orientation dates, uniform guidelines, fee schedule, and access to our parent portal.
