Eligibility &  Enrollment Criteria

  • CBSE: Based on age, previous school records, and grade completion.
  • IB: Admission requires meeting IB program-specific age and entry requirements, along with prior academic performance.
  • IGCSE: Placement depends on age, school transcripts, and performance in the required subjects.

Before You Apply

The online application is for admission to various grades and academic programme offered at Gateway Group of Schools.
Please have the following documents ready to upload with your application:

  • Birth certificate
  • The child’s previous academic records
  • Aadhar Card Copy (For Indian Residents)
    Valid Passport and Visa Copy (Applicable only for Foreign Nationals)
  • Student Transfer Certificate (Original)
  • Medical Report (if applicable)

Campus visits and interactions are arranged only for families who have submitted the application form.

Admissions Process

Step 1 : Application Submission

  • Complete the online application form
  • Upload necessary documents

Step 2 : Application Review

  • Our Admissions Team will evaluate the application and contact you for the next steps.

Step 3 : Interaction & Campus Visit

  • Early Years (Pre-KG to UKG): Parent-child interaction and observation
  • Grades 1-12: Student interview, academic review, and diagnostic assessment

Step 4 : Provisional Admission

  • If shortlisted, you’ll receive a Provisional Admission Letter.

Step 5 : Final Confirmation/Begin the Journey

  • Once the Provisional Admission Letter is received, parents/guardians are required to pay the fees and submit the original transfer certificate and supporting documents within a stipulated period.

  • Admission is confirmed only after all steps and fee payment are completed.
